Andrew Tuccio is the owner of Tuccio Properties Group, a real estate company focused on acquiring, operating, and commercial properties across Greater Boston. The firm targets stabilized, value-add, and development opportunities, with an emphasis on creating long-term value through leasing, hands-on asset management, and strategic execution.
Andrew began his career in finance in New York City before earning his Master’s in Real Estate Development from New York University, where he made the decision to transition into real estate. Following graduate school, he joined Gansett Ventures, a boutique Boston-based developer, where he developed more than 650 residential units and supporting portfolio management initiatives.
In addition to his professional work, Andrew has served as an adjunct professor of real estate finance at Providence College, his alma mater, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He currently serves as President of the Providence College Boston Alumni Club and a Council Member of Emerging Business Leaders Council at Providence College.
